The Gozney Ovens Classic 1250 Freestanding range has been specifically designed for high temperature pizza cooking and general commercial cooking applications. The Classic 1250 ovens can cook a diverse array of foods whilst running on a choice of wood, gas or a combination of the two. Boasting a traditional wood fired oven design, but with the benefits of a modern refractory internal core, the Classic 1250 oven comes with an internal diameter of 1250mm ( 6 x 12" pizzas ) making the Classic 1250 perfect for small to medium sized commercial kitchens, restaurants or pizzerias.

Manufactured in the UK and comprising a high density 100mm thick refractory dome and heavy insulation, the Classic 1250 ovens are designed for optimum heat retention. You can find our ovens on the DEFRA exemption list, complying with the Clean Air Act. The oven floor has the perfect material composition to guarantee a high strength, robust deck whilst maintaining the porous characteristics needed for fast and effective pizza and general commercial cooking applications.

The Classic 1250 Freestanding oven core has a traditional wood fired oven design with a hand cast, brick look archway and cast iron mantle. The oven core is topped with a low profile traditional mesh structure and finished with a glass fibre reinforced mortar render.
